Welcome to Project: Powerpunk, the first tale-bed to use the B+ system. With so many different games and systems on the market, it's fair to ask what makes us different. This isn't a fantasy roleplaying game, there's no elven kingdom or dark orc emperors here. Instead this is a game shaped by the ideals and fears of cyberpunk; the cost of personal freedom for security, the burden of power, the grit and criminal element of noir and the flawed human element in western and eastern mythology. We do this by putting the setting in an often ignored and chaotic time; the day before a world altering change, the day before cyberpunk. A world where the architectures of the cyberpunk nightmarescape are taking shape; mega-corporate ascension, flailing government and casual crime is met with an almost blase acceptance from the average citizen. We also don't start you off small, naked and afraid, looking to hunt rodents or bugs to get enough cash to get a decent start. No, here you will have the pleasure and problem of powers so potent that they can incapacitate the average human from the start. You will be playing an Exim; a superhuman that has surfaced from among humanity.
